iComuniCare app for iPhone and iPad

iComuniCare receives alerts and information from municipalities which use the SMSPA web application by Sistemi Informativi and to which the user has been registered.The messages can be warnings from the National Emergency Management Agency (Protezione civile), but also any other useful information the municipality wants to share with its citizens. IComuniCare enables also citizens to send messages to the municipality, if this feature is activated by the administration.
You can register to several different municipalities you may be interested in (e.g. leisure home, work place, home of parents etc.).
The app uses the Apple Push Notifications Service, therefore it gets the messages even if not running. The messages appear in the notifications pane and the app can be activated by clicking on the notification.
The app stores the last 20 messages.
The APP makes an anonymous registration. You may personalise your position on the web application SMSPA which uses the minucipallity. You can access SMSPA through a menu item in the APP.
